Rumors about latest generation of Google’s smartphones Nexus One and Google Nexus S are came again. According to the Boys Genius Report, Android smartphone from Google that uses the Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS is named Nexus Prime. Nexus Prime is still will be manufactured by Samsung which had previously produced Nexus S.

Nexus Prime will be equipped with a Super AMOLED display HD (720p), with the OMAP4460 processor, 1GB of RAM memory, 1080p video recording and playback. Nexus Prime will be equipped with a 5 megapixel rear camera and front camera 1 megapixel.
